PROPERTY SERVICES FOR BUSINESSES, HOMES, AND MUNICIPALITIES

Sasso Landscaping, Inc.

Landscape, Hardscape, and Snow Management

Full-service landscape, hardscape, and snow management for homeowners, commercial properties, and municipalities across Massachusetts, with a strong presence along Route 1 in Saugus.

SERVICES

Built to handle the full property, not just the lawn.

We cover the work most landscapers won't: 24/7 snow response, lot sweeping, line striping, and the year-round upkeep that keeps a property running. One crew, one contract, every season.

Commercial property care

Year-round site upkeep for plazas, offices, and commercial properties. Plantings, mulch, sweeping, line striping, and seasonal maintenance under one contract.

Hardscape and outdoor living

Paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and full outdoor living spaces built to last.

Landscape maintenance

Year-round upkeep including mowing, plantings, mulch installation, and full spring and fall cleanups.

Snow and ice management

24/7 plowing, salting, and site monitoring with our own trucks and loaders.

Selected Work

Practical sites, sharper first impressions, and outdoor spaces that feel complete.

The design leans on real Sasso project photography: hardscape, planters, patios, fencing, and the commercial details that make a property feel cared for.

WORKING WITH SASSO

Commercial sites and residential properties need different things. Here's how we handle both.

Commercial properties and municipalities

  1. Site visit or bid review

We walk the property for private commercial work, or review the bid documents and attend pre-bid walks for public work. Nothing gets priced until we understand the site and the scope.

  2. Proposal and contract

We build a detailed scope, price the work, and submit a clear proposal. Public work includes bid bonds, required forms, performance bonds, and certified payroll for prevailing wage projects.

  3. Scheduling and execution

We lock in the schedule, assign the crew, and stage materials ahead of the start date. Our crew handles the core work, with trusted subcontractors brought in for specialty trades, all coordinated by Sasso.

  4. Ongoing service and account management

Recurring contracts include scheduled site visits, a dedicated account manager, and a crew that knows your property. Most of our commercial clients have been with us for years.

Residential properties

  1. Site visit and consultation

We walk the property with you, talk through what you want, and discuss what's realistic for the site and the budget. The goal is a clear picture of the project before any pricing happens.

  2. Estimate and proposal

We deliver a detailed written estimate covering scope, materials, timeline, and price. You'll know exactly what's included before anything is signed, and we walk you through every line item so there are no surprises later.

  3. Scheduling and install

We schedule the work, confirm the start date in writing, and show up when we say we will. Daily progress is communicated so you're never wondering what's happening on your property.

  4. Walkthrough and follow-up

We finish with a walkthrough to confirm the work is complete and you're satisfied. We stay reachable after the project, whether you need warranty support, seasonal maintenance, or future work.
